Facts About Julio Sanchez, Esq. 

     Born in Matanzas, Cuba, Julio Sanchez and his parents moved to Puerto Rico in 1960 where he completed his high school studies. Mr. Sanchez was president of his class, president of the Student Council and a member of the Hector Pineiro Chapter of the National Honor Society. He remained in Puerto Rico for his undergraduate and law school studies.
 
     As an undergraduate student, he continued to be a member of the Honor Society and won several literary contests. In 1972 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the School of Social Sciences of the University of Puerto Rico. In 1975, Mr. Sanchez graduated with honors from the UPR where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree.
 
 
    Mr. Sanchez has served in the past as past staff attorney for Union County Legal Services, Prosecutor for the City of Elizabeth and assistant counsel for the Board of Education of Elizabeth. He has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Puerto Rico, the Supreme Court of the United States, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for New Jersey and Puerto Rico.
 
     He belongs to several bar associations including the New Jersey State Bar and Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Puerto Rico.
